Skaugen Marine Construction (SMC) is a division within the IMS group of companies. The company manages IMS newbuilding activities in China, including the Joint Ventures engaged in shipbuilding. SMC operates Shanghai with complete in-house resources and expertise as well as an established work of qualified subcontractors and partners.
