Responsibilities : 1.Work out the strategy of marine market for sales team through market survey；2.Realize OEM recommendations and make them valuable at operators； 3.Take the role as internal consultant for sales team and speak partner of oversea colleague； 4.Be responsible for the sales related issue of key accounts；5.Generating new product idea for further product development； 6.Preparation of sales package for the sales team(salesman guide,test result,OEM approval etc.) Requirements : 1.Bachelor degree or above in marine related major or relevant major； 2.More than 3 years experience in marine related industries； 3.Sales-oriented mindset and convincing negotiation skill； 4.Project management experience is a plus； 5.Fluent oral and written English； 6.Willing to have business trip both in China and abroad；
