任职要求/岗位职责

Responsibility:The Supervisor is expected to familiarize himself well with the Building Specification for the Project to which he is assigned, the approved drawings, standards and procedures and the rules/regulations that apply to the construction of the vessels. The supervisor is required to attend the shop test or sea trial as necessary. The Supervisor is expected to maintain a good working relationship with the Classification Society Surveyors, the Owner's representatives, the Shipyard Design, Production and QC departments as well as his colleagues in the Site Supervision team.熟悉所在项目的技术规格书，经审核的图纸，建造标准，程序和船级社规范。参加上级要求的船用设备的工厂测试和新船试航。保持与船级社验船师，船东代表，船厂设计/生产/质检部门以及本监造团队成员的良好工作关系。Requirements &ampamp Qualifications:College degree in relevant fieldAt least 5 years experience in shipbuilding areaFluent at oral &ampamp written EnglishGood PC Skill including MS Office, AutoCAD, AcrobatExcellent communication/interpersonal skill/team work spiritWilling to work at different shipyard相关专业大专以上学历；5年以上新造船方面经验；英文口语，书写流利；电脑技术精通（MS Office，AutoCAD，Acrobat）；人际交流，团队精神强；服从调配，愿意在不同船厂工作。
