1. Main Objectives of this position:



? To oversee all the PTO function in local office, while maintain a high level of service to customers to achieve KPI target set for PTO,

? To reconcile team’s outstanding work order vs. actual billing vendors.




2. Function and duties:



Tasks

? Arrange Vessel, Port and Cargo operations in accordance with local rules / regulations and safety/security procedures.

? Ensure vessels are loaded and unloaded in a timely fashion

? Monitor Terminal performance and suggest all reasonable process into Operation Department.

? Handle urgent, special and complicated case within Operation Department.

? Attend meeting with contractors or member lines or terminal operator, port authority, agents and local authorities

? if any change in local law / rules / regulations / procedures, etc.

? Provide guidance and training to BSC team members



3. Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements:

? Bachelor degree with 8-10 years relevant working experience and/or shipping background

? FIS Knowledge preferred

? Good spoken and write English (CET- 4)

? Good team work and can work under pressure and tight time lines

? Conversant with international and local operational laws and regulations covering vessel operations / terminal operations / authority requirements / environmental requirements and agency liaison

? Owns a personal work and relationship with terminal operators / state agents / authorities on an operational level
