Job SummaryResponsible for operative day-to-day purchasing for production of mechanical automation and control system products.- Undertake operational purchasing order and follow up progress.- Arrange internal logistics including stock and shipment of orders - Maintain stock control and keep record- Control and evaluation of vendor arrangements as necessary - According to drawings &ampamp specifications, contact suppliers for quotation- Map capacities and capability for existing and potential supplier- Benchmark suppliers on total cost- Carry out duties in line with HS&ampampE proceduresQualification- Flexible with good interpersonal and communication skills- Excellent IT skills including knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint- Excellent with ERP systems as BaaN , SAP or similar.- Familiar with the mechanics of manufacturing business operation- Knowledge, experience of the foreign trade and international business- Good communication skills- Technical engineering degree - Good written and verbal English, ability to communicate with foreigners on daily basis- More than 3 years purchasing experience with electrical and mechanical background
