Accountabilities:1.Ship Planning of OOCL vessels on all assigned services, can be readily contacted at all times when assigned vessel is in assigned Region. 2.Act as OOCL LPO POE (Line Planning Office Point of entry), to approve member lines ' COD/OOG/Break Bulk/Special cargo applications according to guidelines, to monitor consortium member lines ' vessel stowage and allocation control.3.Issue vessel Disge and Stowage Instructions direct to Terminals, to monitor Terminal performance.4.Cost control and revenue generation reporting, assigned vessel performance monitoring and control in accordance with OOCL procedures.5.Stowage model make out &ampamp revised timely according vessel phase in movement and improve stowage quality.Requirements:1.Bachelor degree, preferably in marine / seafare background and shipping/operation related field.2.Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in terminal operation or other departments.3.Good knowledge and skill in shipboard management and cargo stowage planning.4.Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team work spirit.职位描述：1. 能够圆满完成部门指派船舶在计定航线的预配任务， 当船舶运行在指定监管区域内要确保联络随时畅通达到24/7。2. 能够严格遵照公司规程以安全为准绳，作为OOCL对内和对外窗口进行审核、批复OOCL以及合作方的改港、超尺寸、大件以及所有特种、特殊积载货物的要求，同时还要协作有关部门做好各合作方的舱位跟踪控制。3. 能够遵照流程提供进口卸货船图和出口预配船图给有关方面包括直接与码头方进行及时沟通， 并且监督和确保码头工作效率按计划得到保证。4. 严格遵照OOCL内部流程和要求对指定航线船舶进行监控、管理其成本控制以及创收报告。5. 当船舶进行航线调整离线、上线时应及时更新调整积载模形以提高配图质量， 在安全为前提下达到成本小化装载舱位***化的目标。任职要求：1. 大学本科学历，应具有一定的集装箱船航海、海上资历以及海运相关经验将优先考虑。 2. 少3年相关行业经验， 如果有码头操作和其他相关操作经验的将优先考虑。3. 具有良好的船舶管理和货物积载知识和技能。4. 能够面对工作压力，积极主动。具有一定的把压力转化成动力的能力。5. 善于沟通，杰出的人际交往和团队合作能力。
