Component Support: · Support WCH Component Support · Translate inquiries in Chinese language to English enabling WCH to deal with it · Support Licensees in getting component supplier and price information · Support in supplier sourcing and qualification on a commercial level · Patient and extensive support specially to new Licensees · Coordinate commercial processes between foreign suppliers and Chinese licensees/agents · Work -up component inquiries , offers and order licensees, component suppliers and WCH/Component support · Evaluate correct supplier ion in cooperation with licensees · Follow-up ongoing orders and deliveries · Follow-up payments · Collect market information on component prices and establish complete engine cost reviews · Monitor own progress and procedures against objectives · Monthly report Technical Support: · Technical support to licensees； handling of inquires, questions, RAE, NCR · Follow-drawing delivery schedules · Deal with Classification Societies issues as coordinator between WCH and lasses and licensees · Coordination of technical and production processes between foreign component suppliers and Chinese Licensees/agents · Translate inquiries in Chinese language to English enabling WCH to deal with it · English/Chinese interpretation support during meetings, seminars · Monitor own progress and procedures against objectives · Monthly report Desired skills: · Experience in Marine Engine manufacturing business area · Experience in component trading/support function/logistics(sales not required) · Good technical understanding · Understand complex technical and commercial specifications in English and transfer the knowledge to Chinese language effectively · Excellent English language knowledge in writing and spoken · Pro-active and self-driven way of working
