General Reponsibility:
To perform plan appraisal in accordance with ABS Rules & Regulations, relevant statutory Regulations, all applicable codes, conventions and standards, for new construction and existing ship projects.
Requirements:
Have a good university degree (Bachelor or above) in Marine, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
Minimum 3 years working experience in a position of responsibility in the shipyards, offshore construction firms,engineering consultants or design offices is an advantage
Be able to perform engineering review of plans for process facilities or shipboard machinery and systems for compliance with applicable Rules, IMO Regulations, Government Regulations, Industrial Code & Standards
Have good command of written and verbal English
