Ctc: Grace Fu **无物流/货代相关行业经验者请勿扰。 Job Duty: 1.Handle export shipment customer service and customers complaints 2.Follow procedure as per SOP and other specified customers requirements 3.Alert for loading port issues, service alterations, and other adverse external factors 4.Report service failure and other exceptions 5.Provide other specified special reports Requirements: 1.College graduate & CET-4 ,CET-6 or above level,good written English. 2.At least 2-3 years logistics experience in Ocean Freight. 3.Good computer skills, especially MS Office applications. 4.Flexible, capable of team work and performance under pressure. 5.Mature and positive personality, excellent interpersonal skill, good team spirit.
