Job Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for monthly payroll work cooperating with payroll service center based on ADP system; 2.In ge of C&B related data maintenance in ADP system; 3.Conduct monthly IIT declaration; 4.Support problem solving and improvement of ADP system with the help of ADP consultant; 5.In ge of social insurance management; 6.In ge of monthly attendance data and OT data consolidation and checking; 7.Support to internal and external audits; 8.Provide necessary data analysis and reports for business requirements; 9.Support to annual salary survey and analysis; 10.Support to annual salary review and increment plan; 11.Prepare annual C&B budget and plan; budget analysis and control; 12.Cooperate with HR partners for the innovation or execution of C&B policies and procedures; 13.Great functional support to HR partners; 14.Other tasks assigned by HR manager. Job Requirements: 1.Education: Bachelor Degree or above; 2.Language: CET 6 or above; 3.Computer skill: Family with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, IE; 4.Work experience: 3-5 years working experience in relative HR Job; 5.Strong logically thinking capability, data sensitive; 6.Conscientious, patient and good in communication; 7.Good in English, speaking and writing.
