Critical Competency / 关键能力 1. Be familiar with software for welding controller commissioning(Bosch, Medar, Obara, GF, etc); 2. Be willing to learn new technology Automotive field; 3. Can organize team for projects; 4. Can establish welding parameter table according to GPS process; 5. Be good at English in oral and written; 6. Good team work spirit and attitude; 7. travel in China or aboard, and work under pressure b. Experience /工作经验 1. Over 5years working experience for welding parameter setting; 2. Working experience in automation field, especially in automotive field; 3. Working experience with Bosch, Medar, Obara, GF, etc welding controller; 4. Working experience for spot/mig/mag welding application; 5. Working experience for team leader role. C.Main Tasks& Responsibilies: 1. Make commissioning for welding controller; 2. Communicate with robot engineer for bus commissioning and interface; 3. Solve hardware and software problem by himself; 4. Guide/train team member to setup welding parameter for projects; 5. Attend meeting with customer about welding quality and optimize it; 6. Establish welding parameter table according to customer standard and process.
