In 2008 the Registered Capital is 84746.735 thousand RMB, Total Investment 141177.9 thousand RMB .The two parties has agreed4>职位描述: ?Preparing the pWPS, WPQR, WPS and WQ in accordance with engineering documents, organizing welder qualification certificate and assure the product meet the requirement of designed quality; Main welding method and base material: Carbon steel – MIG / Thin-wall stainless steel – TIG / Copper material brazing – Brazing and torch heating/ Aluminium material – MIG. 根据工程设计文件和材料的类型为焊接件做工艺评定，编制WPS工艺过程卡和焊接工人的资质认证，并且使产品质量满足要求；主要焊接方法及材料：碳钢气体保护焊MIG/薄壁不锈钢的氩弧焊TIG/铜材的感应加热焊接和火焰加热焊接/铝材的气体保护焊MIG ?Design the tools or fixture. 设计工装夹具。 ?Preparing the manufacturing process specifications deemed necessary to execute the manufacturing, and give the relevant training to the workers. 编写对生产中必需的生产工艺规范，并对工人提供相关的培训。 ?Updating the manufacturing procedures whenever necessary, especially taking corrective actions after problems have been found. 在必要时改进制造工艺，特别是在发现问题后及时采取改进措施。 ?Join in part of manufacture technical task except welding businesses task. 在完成焊接业务之余参与部分制造方面的技术工作. ?Participating in the activities of NCR in order to close the NCR in time. 参与NCR过程为了及时地关闭NCR。 ?Assisting the subcontractors to carry out the manufacturing activities in order that our products can meet the quality if necessary. 在需要的情况下，为了保证分包产品的质量，协助分包商完成分包产品的制造活动。 ?Being open to market evolution and techniques，help investment people to carry out the management in term of investments, to improve productivity. 对外部的技术进步进行关注，协助投资组实现投资规划，提高生产力。 ?Support TMSys/D2E manager to do improvement project. 协助TMSys、D2E经理做改进项目。 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 任职条件 ?Education / Experience 教育背景及工作经验 Bachelor degree in welding technology and equipment or mechanical manufacturing. 3 years minimum experience as welding or process engineer and be able to handle various quality problems in welding 焊接或者机械制造大学本科毕业 三年以上的焊接工程师或者相关工艺工程师经验，并且能够处理焊接工程上出现的各种变化的质量问题。 ?Specific knowledge 专业知识 Welding and mechanical manufacture knowledge of workpiece. Mastering welding and mechanical standard. Able to understand the engineering drawings and documents. Expertly operating Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Able to read and write in English fluently. 具有零件的焊接和机械制造的知识，掌握焊接和机械标准。能够理解和读懂工程设计图纸和文件。熟练地操作微软办公软件和AutoCAD，能流利地读写英语。 ?Business understanding 业务了解范围 Understand internal relations in factory and cross relations between Engineering, Sourcing. Good communication skills in order to link with the related employees. Able to prepare operation plan, organize welder qualification certificate and design the welding tooling according to the Engineering documents. Supporting the activities in workshops with good service consciousness and requirement of EHS system. Familiar with lean manufacturing knowledge. 了解工厂内部之间的工作关系和工厂与工程设计部，采购部之间的外部工作关系。良好的沟通能力以便于与相关人员进行沟通。能够编制工艺过程卡，组织焊工资质认证，按照设计文件的要求设计零件的焊接工装，在焊接业务范围之余参与部分制造工艺技术工作，在具有良好的服务意识前提下按照EHS管理体系的要求对车间的制造活动进行生产服务。熟悉精益生产知识。
