NATURE & SCOPE 职责范围 1). 负责协助生产经理管理现有工厂生产现场，按计划保质保量完成生产任务； 2). 负责现有工厂生产员工的培训考核，监督生产现场员工的操作； 3). 负责现有工厂偏差、变更等跟进、评估及执行； 4). 负责现有工厂生产部产品年度质量回顾； 5). 参与新产品等生产的可行性分析及设备的改造；参与设备的选型、技术比对，给出建议，参与FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ等的实施 3. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES主要职责 1). 协助生产经理管理现有工厂生产现场，监督生产操作符合性，确保按照批准的生产工艺和标准操作规程进行生产，确保生产现场管理符合cGMP要求。 Support production manager manage the current site, make sure the process consist with MF. 2). 负责现有工厂生产偏差的识别、分析、判断及纠偏措施跟进，启动、跟进和关闭偏差，制定纠偏措施，确保偏差及异常得到彻底的调查，确保纠偏措施行之有效实施到位； Responsible for whole investigation of deviation, find out, analysis, judge and follow up CAPA, launch, follow, close the deviation, make CAPA and perform in place. 3). 启动现有工厂生产相关的变更,并跟进变更； Responsible for PR change control of current site, and follow up. 4). 制定现有工厂季度自检计划，主导自检，给出自检结果，形成并跟进CAPA；持续改进，优化工艺及操作。 Responsible for planning self-inspection and organize self –inspection of PR department, submit the report, continuous improvement the process and operation 5). 新进员工的入职培训，生产部员工的cGMP培训，设备技能培训及考核 Responsible for training of new operator and cGMP of current site, and access of operating 6). 负责生产部产品年度质量回顾； Responsible for annual review of product for PR part. 7). 监督生产设备模具的使用、保养，制定模具采购计划；负责新购模具的验收；确保设备模具处于备用状态； Monitoring of using and maintenance of production equipment mould, mould purchasing plan; Responsible for new molds acceptance; To ensure the mould under standby state; 8). 监督本部门设备设施的日常维护、仪表的校验；确保设备及仪表在校验有效期内； Monitoring the daily maintenance of equipment and facilities of the department, instrument calibration; To ensure that equipment and instrument in the calibration period of validity; 9). 参与新产品等生产的可行性分析及设备的改造；参与设备的选型、技术比对，给出建议，参与FAT\SAT\IQ\OQ\PQ等文件的起草及实施。 involved in the manufacture of new products, such as feasibility analysis and equipment modification; Participate in equipment ion, technology, giving advice, participate in FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ and PQ of the file such as the drafting and implementation. 10). 每月执行生产安全检查，员工安全生产培训教育，符合公司EHS要求。 Responsible for monthly production safety inspection, safety production training education, comply with company EHS requirements. 5.
