In addition to owning4>职位描述: 工作简述： 负责马士基集装箱在福建的监管、维护和管理等相关事宜，包括但不限于跟供应商协调集装箱维护，向第三方追索损坏集装箱的维修费用，按照公司章程对集装箱进行处置等，以及在职能范围内跟公司其它商务部门协作及提供相关支持，应急处理等等。 Purpose & general responsibilities of the position: · Equipment maintenance and repairing · 3rd party damage cost recovery · Monitor outfleet process in line with d global guideline · Purchase Order handling in SAP system · Support to customer service and commercial desk within owned scope · Ad hoc tasks assigned by management Specific responsibilities of the position: Equipment maintenance and repairing performance monitoring · Formulate short and long term EMR objectives within Fujian area, and ensure the objectives are timely and properly implemented. · Drive on EMR unit cost reduction to meet KPI. · Coordinate with PREEMR to monitor the performance of local EMR shops, to ensure a good service delivered. · Distribute units among repairing shops properly and get the damage repaired within the due time. · Support PREEMR to prevent OOS. · Stay alert with equipment supply and push repair shop to take extra action during equipment shortage. · Tally sheet damage report following up. · Support to EMR claim cases. · Coordinate urgent/ad-hoc repairing for transit container · Technical support to other department. 3rd party damage cost recovery · Regularly review 3rd party damage cost recovery SOP with PREEMR and contractor together. · trace 3rd party damage cost customer · Handle import customers’ inquire · Ensure 3rd party recovery be well collected timely and ensure RKEM well d of 3rd party responsibility. · Keep all supporting documents well filling · Monitor GSC to well perform the 3rd party tracing for inbound empty Outfleet monitoring · Monitor container sale stick to global guideline · Monitor container off hire stick to global guideline · Cooperate loss/total loss if any Cost management · Cost control within own scope · Settle payment properly per procedure Support to customer service and commercial desk · Share equipment knowledge with other functions · Cooperate with depot/terminal for customer · Follow up of special requirement about equipment customer · Settle payment of commercial waive · Other support Measurement / success criteria of the position: · KPI achievements - EMR unit cost YOY reduction - 3rd party recovery ratio YOY increasing · speed up the repair during equipment shortage to avoid booking losing · Ensure container in sound condition released to customer · Keep good filing of document · Efforts and initiatives to make ops more efficiency and saving Learning opportunities in the position: · Opportunity to obtain the knowledge of container structure and transportation · Opportunity to learn Maersk EMR knowledge · Opportunity to learn Maersk system · Opportunity to learn interpersonal communication skill Specific requirements for the position: · Live up with company value · Positive and proactive · Result oriented · Good communication · Open minded Authority and powers reserved for: · Damage position plan · Equipment pool management · Container release · trucking arrangement
