Plan, organize and manage the activities of a motor assembly line and motor repair jobs. 2. Lead team in achieving the production goal of quality, productivity, cycle time and manufacturing cost requirement. 3. Conduct training on production line improvement and development program QUALIFICATIONS: 1. BS degree or above in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering related to motors. Special course on small AC motors, inverter duty motors is preferred. 2. Knowledge on AutoCAD and/or Solid Works, motor design, windings, insulation; Knowledge on motor assembly and UL standard is preferred. 3. Familiar with shop floor management techniques such as 5S, lean manufacturing; Familiar with ISO 9000 quality system and SAP; 4. 3+ years of industrial manufacturing experience on motor production/assembly or repairs; 5. 2+yrs in supervisory position or management experience in handling workers, assigning and planning jobs; 6. Ability to assess winding /insulation failure, inspection, troubleshooting etc. 7. Leadership styles in handling workers on shop floor, good inter-personal skills on customer interface; 8.
