PAC, a US MNC is a leading global provider of advanced analytical instruments for laboratories and4>职位描述: Candidate is expected to work with minimum supervision, work engineering plans and production specifications to assist in the development of production schedules. Act as the focal point for supply chain-related issues. Manage and control inventories at an appropriate level. Duties & Responsibilities ·Work with the order entry team to develop multi-month linearized production plan ·Manage and prioritize the schedule for all work in process (WIP). Level load production schedules; coordinate the flow of WIP to the production floor; monitor and report on production fulfillment of scheduled demand ·Plan and schedule materials to support inventory policies, WIP, and demand requirements; identify material constraints and coordinate delivery schedules; communicate potential delivery problems and scheduling changes ·Requisition and track all purchased materials as required. Achieve and maintain proper inventory levels for all materials ·Maintain high degree of inventory accuracy consistent with company’s standards ·Communicate any ERP item s and maintenance requirements ·Coordinate the flow of information between departments. ·Participate in and contribute towards process improvement initiatives and goals ·Follow all company safety policies and procedures · Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required QUALIFICATIONS: ·Bachelor’s degree in related field ·Ten (10) year planning experience in lean manufacturing environment, or ·Five (5) year experience working on an MRP system, i.e., Oracle, SAP, etc. ·Working knowledge of production scheduling practices ·Familiarity with electro-mechanical assemblies and/or equipment ·Familiarity with company product line ·Ability to handle frequent interruptions and shifting priorities ·Ability to work independently and employ effective time management skills ·Strong emphasis on accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills ·Ability to speak and to read English and Chinese is mandatory. ·Ability to speak in French is an added advantage. ·Excellent interpersonal skills needed to deal with wide range of individuals Competent in MS Office suite – especially MS Excel ·Must be organized, multi-tasking & work alone ·Able to work under tight deadline and under great pressure ·Candidate must be physically fit and willing to travel when needed
