This is a sole ge position, and will be responsible for the overall financial management of the Shenzhen office, including the daily finance and taxation matters, which should involve the maintenance of accurate and up to date financial records, statutory filing for the company, with full set of supporting documentation and for management reporting. This role will also remotely oversee the financial management of the Sanya branch (of Shenzhen office), under the assistance of the Accounting Officer based in Sanya office. You will work under the direction of the General Manager, China (based in Shenzhen office) for daily operation matters and of the Group Financial Controller (based in Hong Kong – The headquarter) for all the finance & taxation matters of our China offices and to provide the management reporting support to the Group Finance function as a whole. Requirements:- Bachelor degree majoring Accounting, with at least 5-7 years experience in accounting field, preferably in a multinational working environment.- Familiar with the local economic policies and other related tax applications;- Familiar with Kingdee accounting system;- Fluent in spoken and written English, preferably able to speak Cantonese - Mature, independent, open-minded, hardworking, reliable and willing to learn.- Fluent in English, Cantonese. 职位描述：?使用金蝶系统及时准确地更新财务记录，确保所有的附件的完整及有效； ?确保现金及银行资金安全，妥善保管支票簿，公司各种证照等； ?及时更新公司商业登记，法定备案，税收和保险等事宜； ?及时编制客户的发票和收据； ?及时准确地提交每月管理报表； ?管理应收帐款，以确保回款及时； ?现金流的预测及年度预算的编制； ?及时准确地提交每月的工资计算，并确保及时支付员工工资和薪金。 ?固定资产管理； ?协助外部审计师完成年度审计事宜； ?在船展及其他重大公司活动期间提供协助。?英语、粤语熟练。 要求：- 学士学位，主修会计或财务管理；5-7年以上外资公司相关经验；- 熟悉三亚当地相关政策法规及相应的税收法规；;- 熟悉金蝶;- 英语读写说流利；- 成熟，独立，勤奋，可靠，愿意学习。
