We focus4>职位描述: Principal Accountabilities:On daily basis:1.Validate rates in our system (Softship) approved by the pricers both on West Africa and South Africa trade lanes.2.Extract booking lists NileDutch operational software, and our daily booking dashboards.3.Back up our Commercial Manager & trade assistant Manager to ensure best responsiveness to our agents’ work and key accounts.On a weekly basis:1.Ensure that weekly reports are correctly saved on our sharefolder.2.Report to your managers the weekly sales activities (number & names of customers visited). Experience Requirements :1. (Post-) graduate student.2. Past few internship experiences would help. 3. Square & analytical mind, and at ease with figures. 4. Good command of excel is a pre-requisite.5. Good spoken and written English required – general communication skills.6. Eager to work in an international, and a fast-changing environment.
