Action for commencement of work coordinating with client, other disciplines and Subcontractors under the direction by HOD. 2. Responsible for guiding, training, and effective supervision of assigned personnel 3. Review and study the latest issue status of For Construction Drawings, Specifications and Procedure / Quality Manuals for Construction and expedite issuance of drawings and other engineering documents to assigned sub-contractor. 4. Study and understand project spec, scope of work and scope of supply 5. Plan work to meet the required schedule with minimum use of overtime. 6. Coordinate all job related to safety Department before commencing of every single task and HSE implementation in the production activities 7. Ensure safety practices on site report in routine observation reports cases of good or bad practices which might affect the safety on site 8. Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment. 9. Attend weekly meeting with client & subcontractor to discuss weekly progress achieved and any other construction issue 10. Reporting the status of work and problems resolution, progress and collect the quantity of work accomplished to Project Manager 11. Responsible to coordinate of interfacing work with other discipline 12. Direct subcontractors and monitor on the matter of；Productivity , actual progress and resource mobilization(workforce,construction equipment and tools) to meet with plan Execution plan , procedures , schedule and progress Monitor of daily and weekly work progress Safety work performance and weekly work progress Submission of progress reports effectively & accurately Clearance of used materials ( immediate house keeping) Modification work progress 13. Prepare and issue the Job Confirmation Sheet to clients for the additional / modification work 14. Prepare and issue the Site Instruction to subcontractors for the additional / modification work 15. Issue the Site Instruction to subcontractors for the additional / modification 16. Initiate of construction execution plan target 17. Organize and set up piping data sheet for piping works control and monitoring. Instruct all related supervisor to maintains and the data timely. 18. Organize piping test group to control and execute piping test activity such as test package preparation, punch list, pressure test and reinstatement 19. Establish sequence of priority system for piping completion with related section, ensure work and materials are plan in accordance with the same sequence 20. Organize and control shop fabrication activities
