Responsibility:--Sound tracking & review with team members on marine and offshore projects generated in the assigned areas.--Build up customers relationship/database and to search for undeveloped customers.--To achieve invoice amount target as set up per year.--To achieve target of commercial margin as set up per year.--To achieve target of account receivable as set up per year.--Conduct negotiation and review terms and conditions of contracts.--To monitor, supervise consultants and to build up agents/distribution works if necessary.--To make proper reporting- of sales database, customer profile, monthly or weekly agenda, visit reports, monthly reports, weekly reports.--Coach the team members for work efficiency --Set up incentive plan for the team--Coordinate with internal departments and external units
Qualification:·Education / Experience--Bachelor degree with major in engineering (electric or material)--Min. 5 years experience in related position in shipbuilding offshore industry related, or cable industry.Excellent presentations and negotiation skills·Specific knowledge--client relationship management knowledge--Proficient in English and Microsoft office·Technical Business understanding--Familiar with shipbuilding products and necessary technical knowledge
