Lead the engineering team to provide sound and effective technical solution & design for FPSO projects, especially FPSO topsides 2. Provide technical input and solution for all technical proposal and tender. 3. Conduct technical evaluation for project scopes in the project management team and make recommendations for procurement. 4. Responsible for resolving upstream/downstream(Yard, Client, Class, Vendor, contractors, etc) technical enquiries and questions. 5. Responsible for approval all design drawings, production drawing/documents/procedures as well as tender drawings 6. Responsible to interface with clients, Class and/or other parties to obtain approval during project execution. 7. Manage the technical team to ensure projects are supported on all technical matters during tender, contracting, engineering, Procurement production, M/C, commissioning and handover, after-sales services, etc. 8. Act as a mentor to the engineering team members and be the focus of all technical matters. 9. Provide technical advice to the General Manager/Deputy General manager on all technical matters on offshore & marine projects. Requirements: 1. Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Petro-Chemical or relevant engineering discipline 2. 10 years relevant experience in offshore & marine business. Shipyard experience is preferred. 3. Working experience with 2D as well as 3D design related software. 4. Familiar with offshore and marine codes/standards such as API, DNV, ABS, etc. 5. Willing to travel for short terms to support engineering matters as well as testing, verification, tender, inspection, etc. 6. Team leader and a results driven achiever
