Provides “up to date” engineering advice and support to Transport, Installation Engineering, Projects and Sales. Responsibilities: Impact on Business: &#8226； Provides drafting support to design engineers including structural, marine and transport engineers. &#8226； Communicates with design engineers about the drafting requirements. &#8226； Works closely with the design engineers to work out the drawings for all kinds of offshore, transport and installation projects &#8226； Answers enquiries or contracts through collection, analysis and use of all necessary information needed for a successful process. &#8226； Prepares drawings and has documents checked and approved. Internal & External Customers/Suppliers as well as Third Parties: &#8226； Gives support to other disciplines by using drawings, using industry standard and internal software. &#8226； Offers (un)requested advice to ensure a safe and successful project ution. Innovation and Change: &#8226； Assists in the development and improvement of drafting procedures, standard, work flow and tools (Microstation and Projectwise). &#8226； Gives support to contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of the business processes with required tools (Microstation and Projectwise). Requirements: Educational Background: &#8226； College degree or above in ocean engineering, ship structural or relevant fields. Professional Knowledge: &#8226； Relevant Experience in the offshore structural design/drafting field. &#8226； Familiar with the design of at least one of the three offshore platforms: Jacket, Semi-submersible and Jackup. Other skills: &#8226； MS Office &#8226； Proficient with AutoCAD or Microstation drawing software (English version) and related office software. &#8226； Fluent in Mandarin and English, both verbally and in writing.
