The job holder is accountable for: -Handle communication & develop new customer - Undertaking Marketing and Brand Promotion activities amongst the Exhibitor community for logistics Services for the Fairs and Exhibitions - Tele sales and field sales - Convincing the clients to use the Exhibitions Logistics services of Joyspeed + Skyways - Updating the Reporting Manager with the Daily Sales and the Business Development Records - Coordinating with the OPS team for the a smooth pick and shipping of the cargo to the given destination -Report exception cases to management -Propose improvement in process and communication to achieve better efficiency and better service -Communicate with operation staff to make sure operation result under Standard operation procedure (SOP) Competency Requirements -University graduate or Logistics/Factory working experience of 3 years -Knowledge of logistics and shipping terms. -Knowledge of Air & Sea import & Export processes is preferable. -1 year of working experience to handle Exhibit transportation- -General Knowledge on logistics & freight forwarding operation -Fair command of written and spoken English, CET4 level at least -Fluent in Putonghua -Good in computer knowledge is required to perform data processing, handling of email routine and access intras. Especially PC technique in MS office: Word & Excel & Access.
