Communicate with the overseas agents and information in a timely manner. Solve various problems & difficulties in operation to ensure handle every shipment smoothly. Provide good customer service to our clients. Good command of English, both in written and spoken. Rich shipment-handling skills & experience. Responsible, careful, aggressive and self-motivated. Good communication skills, teamwork spirits and customer-service concept. Duties: 1) Receive oversea order or shipper’s booking, communicate between oversea and shipper to clear trade type if FOB,EXW,DDU,DDP. Clear cargo volume, cargo ready date and special request if any. 2) Checking and confirm routing with vessel details, Booking to Carrier accordingly. For VIP clients with SOP thefollowing per SOP booking details. 3) Do EXW shipments local arrangement. Or FOB but shipper ask for Simba do local arrangement. Then book truck, arrange to buying Export Declaration License or Commodity Inspection License. 4) Release S/O to shipper or trucking company of EXW shipments. Let shipper or vendor clear to know S/I & Cut off time, CY & Customs Voucher Cut off time. 5) If FCL ex outport, arrange with Carrier on Feeder connecting, submit Feeder details to subagent of Shipping Line at outport. 6) Double check and handover file to Documentation Clerk. Make sure clear to mention details to documentation clerk for S/I Cut off and consignee details, SC number, Freight payment location, Sea Waybill or Telex Release request.
