Assists in the development of Company accounting policy and administer approved accounting procedures 2. Supervises the maintenance of profit sharing, general leaders and administrative functions thereof. 3. Responsible for General Ledger accounting work including accrual, apportionment etc. 4. Supervises the preparation of monthly financial statements, monthly General Ledger accounts analysis and departmental reports, as needed. 5. Supervises the voucher payable system and the preparation of customer and inter-company invoices. 6. Prepares special account/cost analysis and cost studies, as required. 7. Supervises the reconciliation of bank accounts. 8. Supervises the maintenance of prepaid insurance records and other accruals as necessary. 9. Liaises and coordinates with auditors of public accounting firm for annual statutory audit purposes (include familiarisation of audit accounting procedures and accounting standards). 10. Prepares authorized capital expenditures reports. 11. Reviews local Company income tax returns 12. Ensures maintenance of cost information that will be required in the preparation of bids. 13. Coordinates the preparation of reports on functional operating costs and provides cost information to management (as needed) 14. Ensures that batch control, petty cash, banking, payrolls and inter-company accounts are prepared in accordance to Company policies and procedures. 15. High standard of safe working practice, quality and productivity as well as compliance with the code of business conduct.
