Tasks and Responsibilities: Locate and establishes vendor for materials as requisitioned by Engineering. Prepares, checks and issues inquiries ensuring quotations are submitted within specified period. Summarizes the available quotation and forwards recommendation to Engineering based on price, delivery, past experience with the company and its present commercial viability. Coordinates with expediting/shipping to ensure quoted deliveries are maintained or improved. Maintains full records of requisitions received, inquiries issued and for work carried out on each project. Confirms acceptability of suppliers invoices. Checks relevant invoices for rates and prices. Liaises with vendors and ensures that information gained can be used to serve the best interest of the company. 职位要求： Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience preferably in the oil and gas industry. Have rich experience in steel purchasing and familiar with the steel market.
