职位名称: 华北区销售工程师:职位描述:
1. 协助华北区销售经理进行减速机和电机的销售工作,客户维护及区域业务的开发推广.
2. 协助华北区销售经理完成客户报价,提供技术支持与选型,
3. 与公司内部其他部门共同跟踪订单,付款及后续发货等事宜.
4. 提供市场需求信息, 开发新客户资源.
5. 其他领导交待的工作.职位要求:
年 龄: 23-30岁
业务经验:
*熟练操作计算机办公软件
*减速机行业销售经验,或有相关传动行业销售背景优先;
*2年或2年以上相关领域销售工作经验;
*本科以上机械专业背景或相关行业技术背景优先;
*具有很强的工作责任感及进取心
*良好的中文沟通能力,基本的英文交流能力
*良好的团队合作精神.福利待遇:
*基本工资: 年底双薪,外加销售提成。
*社会保险: 按政府规定缴纳
*福利待遇: 入职体检. 转正后由公司提供的电话通讯费300元/月.
*岗位培训: 公司提供相关的技术培训,优秀者可提供海外总部培训机会.
*劳动合同: 首次签订3年劳动合同, 试用期6个月.Job deion of the KAM:
* Managing the relationship with current customers (keeping and having information regarding potential ongoing sales)
Managing target customers through a plan of activities and searching for new customers
Brings to the Company clear and critical information the market
Knowledge of the product
Technical support to the customer in terms of tech specs and ion of the product
Own business development
Knowledge of the presence &amp products of the competitors
Evaluating the level of service provided in terms of delivery times and assistance
Communicating with all the following client’s departments: purchase, technical, logistics, after sales, project management, finance
Using CRM tools (eg SFA)Attitude

Junior Key Account Manager skills and acteristics:Age: 23 – 30 years old
Area of sales: Dongbei area
Educational background: technical background is required. Degree in mechanical and industrial engineer is preferred but not necessary
Languages: English is preferred but not necessary. Mandarin is fluent.
PC Software knowledge: basic Microsoft Office software
Job background: at least 2 years of job experience; a job experience as KAM in gear reducer or gearmotors manufacturer/trading co. is preferential
Other sectors accepted: mechanical or hydraulic coupling, pump and compressors, electric motors,bearings sector.
Salary proposal: fixed salary for 13 months’ salary
The bonus granted upon sales and marketing targets achievements
Benefit: mobile phone provided by the company for a maximum of 300 RMB/month, lunch allowanceContract validity : 3 years with 6 months of probation period
