The company commits to the “creating value for all customers” principle and is dedicated to sustainable development as well as improving services by offering the total4&gt职位描述: 职位描述 Job Function: 工作职责： -The all operation jobs for export and import shpt included the relative document jobs and domestic logistic flow； -Assist to O/P Manager or officer for any of O/P Jobs； -Communication with customers/VOTG/RMI in daily jobs； -Assist to Finance Dept for any of O/P documentation with checking figures and operation situations； -In ge of various shipping documentation and job sheet； -Report to O/P manager or officer as requested in procedure； -Carry out the demands O/P manager or officer. Key Performance Indicators: 关键绩效指标： -Number of shpts or ISO Tank figures handled per month or year； -Personal error in daily operation jobs； -Number of complaints customers caused by the personal mistakes after investigation the company； -Number of accidents caused by the personal fault without following； -Up the procedure and regulations.Decision-Making: 决策范围： -Suggestion to O/P Manager or officer for service providers ion； -Suggestions to O/P Manager or officer for improvement of operation management and procedures。 Skills &amp； Knowledge: 技能知识： -Education with college or above； -About one year or above working experience in freight forwarding or logistics field； -Good knowledge for sea and road transportation as well as the equipments； - Knowledge of chemical will be an advantage。 - Knowledge for ISO Tank handling and technical issue will be an advantage. -Proactive and customer oriented； -Good command of English both verbal and written； -Good PC skills； -Good communication and interpersonal skills； -Work independently.
