Based4&gt职位描述: 主要职责 向公司所有客户及全体销售提供产品信息及技术支持 主要任务 向销售提供客户拜访及展会的技术支持 制定新产品价格，控制重要项目中的原材料及工时成本 向市场部提供产品信息，新产品引入，数据单翻译，资料审核 定期参加质量会议及生产会议，协助解决客户的抱怨及投诉 负责公司新产品的介绍及推广 参加研讨会及展会，演讲，推广产品 负责新员工的入职培训及销售人员的定期培训 负责分析销售额增减原因 陪同客户参观工厂并给予产品及工厂介绍 市场调研, 收集竞争对手及产品应用行业信息 创建市场战略计划 准备并处理各种询价,并协助销售人员向公司上级领导或总部申请特殊产品价格 处理往来邮件 维护数据库 口头及书面回复询问，提供相关信息 基本要求 相关技术专业的学士学位（电气工程学士学位，具有很高的学术成就的优先） 流利的英语书写及口语能力 3年以上管理高科技产品的经验 有能力清楚描述市场产品需求 可以适应国内客户及非客户的出差拜访 英语四级以上 熟练使用办公软件Main responsibilities： Providing products information and technical support to all customers and sale force. Main tasks and assessment of job performance： Providing expertise to sales force by support at customer visits, exhibitions Make price for new project, control the raw material and time cost in the important project Provide product information to Marketing Department, new product introduction, data translation, data review Attend quality meeting and the production meeting regularly, assist to solve customer complaints Responsible for the companys new product introduction and promotion Attend seminars and exhibitions, lectures, promote products Responsible for new employee orientation and sales staff training on a regular basis Responsible for analysis of sales increase or decrease Accompany clients to visit the factory and give the product and factory introduction Market research, collect the competitors information and product application industry information Create strategic marketing plans Prepare and manage inquiry，and assist sales to company and head office to apply for special prices Handle incoming mails Maintain databases Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information Basic Requirement： Bachelors degree in technical field (degree in electrical engineering, with high academic achievement preferred) Fluent in written and spoken English 3+ years managing high technology products, Ability to write clear market product requirements travel to customer and non-customer sites in China English level over CET-4 Experienced using office software
