Main Responsibility:
1. Be responsible for making and track up production schedule.
2. Organize and arrange production, make sure workers work exactly on drawing.
3. Quality Supervision on Hull ((Lamination & Structure))/Fitting out.
4. Find out the quality problem on site, correct in time, summarize and report to factory manager in time.
Qualification:
1. College above, Major in Material or Boats Building;
2. Familiar with the quality standard of yacht building, racing yacht experience will be preferred.
3. Minimum 4 years working experience in same position in international manufacure company.
4. Good spoken and written English.
5. Marine Industry experience is preferred.
