岗位要求：
1. 3年或以上空运/海运客服经验
2. 良好的普通话和英语说/写沟通技能
3. 熟悉国际货运出口流程，如：定舱和跟踪货物出口信息给供应商或海外网络联系人
4. 出色的团队工作者，能严格服从公司
5. 自律的人工作态度，并且明白怎样提供顾客至上服务
主要责任和义务：
1. 有专业的空运/海运操作者，提供标准服务
2. 能配合操作部经理完成每件业务服务要求
3. 能负责服务好所指派航线或分派的客人
4. 能及时回复询问
