Whether it’s building the world’s fastest racing yachts, specialised components for Formula4>职位描述: Job duties: 1.Interpret product demand into a valid production schedule and execute the schedule to meet customer shipment dates 2.Coordinate customer orders with production capacity and commitments. 3.According to delivery date, release production orders, expedite material, order purchased finished material, manage a scrap database. 4.Communicate order status to customers through appropriate channels and ensure product is invoiced on time 5.Perform Root Cause Analysis, make recommendations and where applicable implement Corrective Action Plans for issues involving the production schedule and customer delivery 6.Work closely with management team and associates in marketing, sales, operations and engineering to identify and resolve production schedule interruptions 7.Manage capacity planning for specific production cells to meet targets. 8.Ensure that all schedules can be processed efficiently by managing system issues for that product. Required Qualifications: 1.Bachelor degree in a supply chain or manufacturing related discipline or equivalent experience 2.A minimum of 2 years of Production planning work experience 3.Strong interpersonal, communications, teamwork and collaboration skills 4.Familiarity with engineering, manufacturing and maintenance standards and practices 5.Familiarity with various materials management systems. 6.Knowledge of shop operations and maintenance procedures. 7.Strong Skill of Microsoft Project/Excel/PPT is required. 8.Good English skill in Written and Spoken; 9.Marine Industry experience is preferred.
