Participate in customer, partner and sales meetings. 2. Participate in product launch events and conduct internal sales training. 3. Conduct sales s and participate in workshops. 4. Must know the technical features and functions of the products and possess the skills to communicate their benefits and value to sales personnel and customers. 5. Actively collecting in-depth knowledge of competitive products and maintain technical analysis of competitive strengths and weaknesses. 6. Technical support during integration/projects. 7. Offer technical support towards 3rd party solution providers. 8. Technical support to partners via Help Desk (e-support), telephone, fax, etc. 9. Conduct technical training to the partners. 10. Support tasks include external assistance and trouble shooting to the partners. 11. Technical support to special projects, sponsorships, etc. 12. Being the assistant link between the headquarters and partners in the territory 13. Proof translations of brochures, Tech-notes, Partner briefings, etc. in Chinese language Qualifications: 1. Strong problem solving skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Asian languages. 2. 2+ years experience in Satellite communication system integration. Maritime communication background preferred. Bachelor degree or above. 3. Certification: Cisco CCNA/CCNP certificate (routing) or equivalent. 4. Ability to effectively interface with customers. 5. Team worker. Must be able to effectively interact and communicate with the group. 6. Preferably experience with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing staff.
