Key requirements: · Proven sales skills for complex and abstract matter: hand-on development of customer ideas, rather than selling standardized solutions. · Able to defend and develop designs alone or in perfect teamwork with project developer / operational manager. · Very good maritime-technical background: naval arch, or machinery eng with wide experience in shipbuilding/owner NB dept/ fleet mgt, preferably Naval Architecture education. · Very good English: writing, technical, negotiating. · Prepared to travel frequently and sometimes longer (world-wide). · At home in, or quick to learn the business of ship design and shipbuilding, owning, tering.
