Be responsible for training and certification for his subordinates, including: operators skill training plan and implementation, operator multi-skill board , skill certification plan and implementation, regularly conduct training progress review with his supervisor, work closely with HR and Engineering function in order to improve whole training process. 2.Enhance work morale and stimulate efficiency and productivity, direct manufacturing resources by setting work priorities and delegate assignments, balance workload among subordinates and clarify areas of accountability,evaluate, review and approve operator monthly performance result and take actions; 3.Work colsely with supply chain team to establish the Bi-Weekly production schedule,and monitor implement status, manage all manufacturing resources and activities to achieve on-time delivery. 4.To well organize workshop to keep safety and tidy production environment and ensure highest quality for all process. Including: 5s+1 activities, quality improvement program, BBS, etc. 5.Timely, accurately and completely collect data and prepare various reports as requested. Effectively and timely identify deviations in terms of safety, quality, delivery through applied tools/ mechanism in order to quick respond to minimize even eleminate abnormality with Continuous improvement sense. 6.College graduate, major in engineering, business management or Industrial Engineering With at least 2 years production supervisor experience and with proved experience of Production Team management 7.Be open, having good responsibility sense and team spirit, good at time management, good at application of MS software
